STUDIO CALENDAR

  • School year classes - September 3, 2025 through June 20, 2026.

  • Mandatory onstage rehearsal - Tuesday, June 9th from 5:00-9:00 PM @ the Maguire theater (SUNY Old Westbury). Students will be called for a specific window and will not need to be present the whole time.

  • Recitals - Saturday, June 13th at the Maguire Theater (SUNY Old Westbury) in the afternoon and evening.
    Most students will perform in one recital, and parents will be notified later this year as to the time of their child’s recital.

Spring Recess - Closed Thursday, 4/2 through Sunday, 4/12
Memorial Day Weekend  - Closed Saturday, 5/23 through Monday, 5/25
Juneteenth - Closed Friday, June 19th

*** For any religious holidays that we are open, observant students will be excused from class. We generally follow the Long Beach school district closings for snow days, but you will receive an email informing you of any inclement weather closings.  Students are permitted to make up any classes that may be missed due to holiday closings, illness, or absence.  Classes must be made up during the 2025/26 school year at TDL or our sister program, PYT.  Make-up classes may be in a different genre from the student's original class but must be at the student's level.  Please email assistant.TDL@gmail.com to ask about appropriate options for make-up classes.***
